SINGLE-SIDED HOT ROLL LAMINATOR

Our single-sided hot/cold roll laminator fills your lamination needs, providing high-quality results with both thermal and pressure sensitive lamination over a large range of widths. This versatile laminator will transform digital images, photographs and other materials into profitable and resilient signage.

Easy to operate, the user can switch from pressure sensitive lamination to thermal lamination in a few minutes.

With opening rollers allowing items up to 15mm thick to be laminated, creation of board mounted signs has never been made easier.

Virtually maintenance free, they come in sizes of up to 1040/1520mm.

Detachable Upper Infrared heating Roller
Allows easy maintenance and cleaning, and single-sided thermal and cold laminating. Can be converted and ready by simply press the switch

Fixed Lower none-stick roller
Allows easy cleaning and maintenance. To make self adhesive signs, posters and labels (or vice versa).

Foot switch
Allows greater control and accuracy when feeding long and wide items, by having both hands available to control the item.

Infrared switch

Infrared safety switch to avoid the roll from pressing hand fingers.

Double Thermostat
State both the set temperature and present temperature, easy temperature setting, with max. heating temperature of 170^oC.

Working table
Front and back working table with cutting groove, allows safe and easy cut off of items which have been laminated.

Wind-Off System
To remove and rewind the backing paper from pressure sensitive film, and to wind thermally laminated items onto a cardboard core, to prevent the damage.

Precision Feed Table
Allows precision laminating of long, wide items by using an adjustable guide, preventing costly waste and damage caused through misfeeding.

Opening Rollers
The creation of self-adhesive substrates up to 15mm, and board mounting of posters, signs and displays is possible with this option.
